RE-LOCATING WITHIN OUR 5-COUNTY SERVICE AREA?

If your child is signed up to receive Imagination Library books within Project Ready for School's 5-county service area including Hamilton, Marion, Catoosa, Dade and Walker counties, please complete our Change of Address form, so we can ensure that all future books will be mailed to the child's new address. Include the required information for each enrolled child in the household that is re-locating.

RE-LOCATING OUTSIDE OF OUR 5-COUNTY SERVICE AREA?

If your child is signed up to receive Imagination Library books within Project Ready for School's 5-county service area and is re-locating OUTSIDE of these five counties, you must cancel your child's registration with Project Ready for School by completing our Change of Address form. However, if your child is re-locating within the state of Tennessee, you may check with the Governor's Books from Birth Foundation website to find the Imagination Library contact for your new county. All Tennessee counties now offer Imagination Library! If moving to Georgia, check the Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy website to see if your new county offers Imagination Library.
