Material you can use to run a successful United Way campaign

Thank you for being a workplace advocate for United Way! As an Employee Campaign Manager (ECM), you are the critical communications link between United Way of Greater Chattanooga and the people in your company. You are United Way's ambassador to your co-workers! This section of Campaign Central is designed especially for you.

Campaign Pledge Form Print out this form if you need additional pledge cards for your campaign. Leadership Pledge Card This customizable Leadership pledge form is useful with individual Leadership solicitation. Diamond Donor Enrollment Form This form is for people who have given to any United Way for at least 25 years. We want to recognize their contribution! Leadership STEP-UP Form Use this form to encourage people who are already giving at least $500/yr. to join Leadership by "stepping-up" their gift to $1,000 over three years. Speaker Request Form Please use this form if you would like to schedule a United Way Impact Speaker for your campaign meetings. Please allow a two-week lead time.
